Julia Dickinson - Corporate Controller

Julia has been with the Restoration Capital companies since December 2013. Specializing in accounting, finance, and human resources, Julia manages all financial aspects of the Restoration Capital real estate developments. She also serves as the liaison to the Homeowners Associations for the various real estate developments and is an integral part of Restoration Capital’s business development team.

Julia is proficient in the management of all aspects of accounting and finance including budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations and cash-flow management. She also has extensive experience in the implementation and oversight of prudent internal controls and procedures. Her experience benefits both our accounting and human resources departments and ensures excellence in preparing financial statements, generation and analysis of internal reports, product costing, variance analysis, inventory systems, asset tracking, and cash flow management. Julia prides herself on her dedication to the quality of reporting, data systems, and customer service.

Julia is a graduate of the Arizona State University School of Business and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
